Returns Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the Nature of the product there are no returns refunds or exchanges accepted.

In the event there is an exception where your product was damaged in transit please send us an email to info@dnaskyncare.com with photos and we will look into this at a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
